Your Responsibilities
As International Sales Manager (all genders) - Railway, you are a central member of the cross-unit sales team and are responsible for developing the business plan and defining strategies and activities.
- Management of key accounts and projects in the railway sector (superstructure)
- Identification and acquisition of new projects
- Establishment of new contacts and development of existing networks
- Studies of technical documents (external and internal), specifications and drawings
- Development of solutions and proposals in collaboration with a team of technical experts and internal sales representatives
- Responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy in your sales region
- Design and organizing sales events, seminars and training sessions (internal and external)
- Reporting
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification in connection with a high level of technical knowledge
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar sales position required
- Project management skills advantageous
- Work experience in the international railway business is advantageous
- Capability of clear and understandable communication of technical facts
- High focus on customers demands, services and independent working
- Fluent in English on a negotiaton level; every additional language skills are an advantage
- Interested in working remote (Home-Office place required) with a high willingness to travel internationally
