Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager Railway (all genders), you play a central role within our cross‑unit sales team. You are responsible for developing the business plan for your region, defining strategic initiatives, and driving market activities.Your mission includes:
  • Managing key accounts and projects in the railway superstructure sector
  • Identifying and acquiring new projects
  • Establishing new contacts and expanding existing professional networks
  • Reviewing technical documents, specifications, and drawings (internal and external)
  • Developing technical solutions and customer proposals in collaboration with technical experts and inside sales colleagues
  • Taking ownership of the sales and marketing strategy in your assigned region
  • Planning and conducting sales events, seminars and training sessions (internal and external)

Your Workday

  • You move confidently between customer interaction, technical analysis, opportunity development and internal coordination
  • You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Engineering and Product Management
  • You maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and project partners
  • You conduct regular customer visits across your region to strengthen relationships, understand project needs firsthand and identify new business opportunities
  • Your work contributes directly to business growth, strong customer relationships and impactful railway infrastructure solutions

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification in connection with a high level of technical knowledge
  • Experience of at least 3 years in a similar sales position required
  • Project management skills are advantageous
  • Work experience in the railway business is a big benefit
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a high degree of independence
  • Fluent in Turkish and English at a negotiation level
  • Willingness in living and working in the area of Istanbul (Home-Office place required)
