YOUR ROLE
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive drive revenue growth and market positioning for Getzner’s railway solutions in the Eastern U.S. and Canada. You manage Key Accounts like national rail operators, engineers and contractors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute regional sales strategy and business plans

Identify and develop railway infrastructure opportunities (passenger and freight)

Build and maintain a qualified project pipeline

Drive conversion from specification to tender to order

Influence specifications in early project phases (concept, design)

Develop technical and commercial proposals with internal team

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing

Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline accuracy

Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Operations
WHAT YOU BRING
-
7–10+ years experience in B2B technical sales (railway, infrastructure, or engineered solutions)

Experience in specification-driven sales and long sales cycles

Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking

Ability to engage with engineers and technical stakeholders

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

High level of ownership and self-management

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
