Your responsibilites

As a Key Account Manager (f/m/d), you are a key member of the cross-unit sales team, responsible for developing the business plan and deriving strategies and activities.

  • Managing of international key accounts in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Rail Vehicle Industries (passenger train cars and locomotives)
  • Identification and acquisition of new projects and customers
  • Establishing new contacts and developing existing networks
  • Creation of solutions and proposals in collaboration with a team of technical experts and inside sales representatives
  • You are responsible for the sales and marketing strategy in your sales region
  • You design and conduct sales events, seminars, and training sessions (both internal and external)

Our Requirements

  • We require a successfully completed business education (vocational training or degree)
  • We are looking for a passionate sales professional with strong negotiation skills and business acumen who thrives in the role as a Key Account Manager
  • We expect a high level of customer orientation and willingness to travel
  • We seek a communicative and passionate individual dedicated to building new contacts and networks sustainably
  • We appreciate if you have knowledge of the specific requirements in the rail industry and/or in the field of vibration isolation
  • We expect you to be fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and speak an additional language (e.g. French or Spanish)

  • Contract and working hours: Unlimited and Full-time employment
