YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Area Sales Manager Construction (all genders), you play a central role within our cross‑unit sales team. You are responsible for developing the business plan for your region, defining strategic initiatives, and driving market activities. Your mission includes:

  • Drive technical sales for vibration isolation solutions in the construction sector
  • Identify and acquire new customers and projects across the UK
  • Analyze market segments and develop growth strategies
  • Represent Getzner at trade fairs and industry events
  • Support and collaborate with existing market partners
  • Develop the sales strategy for the UK market

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification with strong technical expertise
  • Proven experience in sales; project management skills are a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively
  • Strong customer focus, service-oriented mindset, and independent working style
  • Fluency in English, every additional language is an advantage
  • Willingness to live and work in Greater London (remote position)
