Your Mission
You will join our international sales organization and take responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of complex customer projects in the Fitness sector. Acting as a key interface between customers and internal teams, you contribute to project success while actively supporting the development of new commercial opportunities.

End‑to‑end responsibility for international customer projects in the Fitness environment, from planning through to completion

Identification and development of market and project opportunities in close collaboration with Area Sales Managers, Product Management and other internal stakeholders

Leadership and coordination of cross‑functional project teams throughout all project phases

Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and defined quality standards

Representing Getzner towards customers, planners, engineering consultancies and external project partners
Your Profile

You hold a higher education degree (Master’s level / Bac+5 equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a comparable field

You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a technical, industrial or solution‑oriented environment

You are recognized for your strong sense of responsibility, sound decision‑making skills, positive assertiveness and results‑oriented mindset

Project management certifications are considered a strong asset

You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

You hold a valid Category B driving license

You are comfortable working with MS Office tools and have experience with CRM systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Employment Conditions

Location: Paris region or Lyon region

Contract and working time: Permanent contract (CDI), full‑time, cadre position (forfait jours)
