Your Mission
As a Key Account Manager Railway (all genders), you play a central role within our cross‑unit sales team. You are responsible for developing the business plan for your region, defining strategic initiatives, and driving market activities.Your mission includes:

Managing key accounts and projects in the railway superstructure sector

Identifying and acquiring new projects

Establishing new contacts and expanding existing professional networks

Reviewing technical documents, specifications, and drawings (internal and external)

Developing technical solutions and customer proposals in collaboration with technical experts and inside sales colleagues

Taking ownership of the sales and marketing strategy in your assigned region

Planning and conducting sales events, seminars and training sessions (internal and external)
Your Workday

You move confidently between customer interaction, technical analysis, opportunity development and internal coordination

You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Engineering and Product Management

You maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and project partners

You conduct regular customer visits across your region to strengthen relationships, understand project needs firsthand and identify new business opportunities

Your work contributes directly to business growth, strong customer relationships and impactful railway infrastructure solutions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification in connection with a high level of technical knowledge
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar sales position required
- Project management skills are advantageous
- Work experience in the railway business is a big benefit

Strong customer and service orientation and a high degree of independence
- Fluent in Turkish and English at a negotiation level
- Willingness in living and working in the area of Istanbul (Home-Office place required)
