YOU

  • translate real customer and market needs into technically sound viable system solutions for railway applications, with a strong focus on elasticity in railway superstructure
  • drive technical differentiation by providing the research, evidence, data, and system understanding that enable strong value propositions, customer use cases, and winning arguments
  • develop and validate system behavior using modelling, test design, and hands‑on field or lab verification, always with the goal of increasing solution adoption
  • build prototypes and test setups and run validation tests, ensuring that performance claims, customer proofs, and field results remain credible and decision‑ready
  • work closely with colleagues from engineering, testing, product development, and customer‑facing teams to make sure that market needs, system requirements, and test results are reflected in our railway solutions and customer deliverables
  • collaborate across functions and speak with customers, universities and testing bodies

WE

  • expect a technical degree (railway-transportation engineering, physics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering) that enables you to understand how railway systems behave and how elasticity influences that behaviour
  • value hands‑on experience and in-depth knowledge, ideally in the railway sector or infrastructure‑related disciplines, where system performance, materials, or structural dynamics matter in real projects
  • rely on your readiness to work with real data and real environments, contributing to in‑situ and laboratory measurements in mechanics, vibration, and acoustics, and supporting model‑based evaluations when needed
  • look for genuine interest in vibration‑ and system‑related research and development challenges, especially where elastic elements play a central role in railway superstructure solutions
