YOU

  • lead the segment strategy, including segmentation, positioning, target customers, and long‑term market development logic
  • manage the annual Segment Strategy Cycle, creating clarity around priorities, roadmaps, and cross‑functional alignment
  • build and leverage an insight system that translates customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
  • own the segment‑specific value proposition, including differentiation logic, and collaborate closely with Technical Product Management and Sales
  • define and steer demand and content strategies, including campaigns, activations, and targeted messaging
  • lead segment governance and the coordination of strategic initiatives and partners

WE

  • a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • several years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, segment/market management, or business development
  • strong analytical skills, with confidence working with market, customer, and competitive data
  • excellent communication skills—across both technical and commercial environments
  • experience in leading without formal authority and in managing diverse stakeholders
  • ownership, accountability, and a customer‑centric mindset
  • very strong English skills
  • proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and market intelligence/analytics tools
