  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: USD 100,000.00 - USD 120,000.00 base + performance-based bonus

YOUR ROLE

As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive growth in the construction sector by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand Getzner’s presence in the construction industry
  • Develop and manage relationships with architects, engineers and contractors
  • Work closely with our engineering experts to provide technical solutions
  • Oversee and support distribution partners
  • Participate in trade shows, events and trainings (internal and external)
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction or engineering background preferred)
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about vibration isolation
  • Strong negotiation & networking skills
  • Experience in project-based sales and solution selling
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in the NYC area
